WASHINGTON, D.C. – The House Judiciary Subcommittee on Courts, Intellectual Property, and the Internet will hold a hearing on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. ET. The hearing, "Intellectual Property: Enforcement Activities by the Executive Branch," will examine enforcement of intellectual property (IP) in the United States, with a focus on agencies and U.S. government entities charged with IP enforcement-related tasks. The hearing is anticipated to cover a range of topics within the scope of the invited agencies' IP enforcement portfolios.
